I am the property manager at a 374 unit property downtown and System4 has been fantastic. They are efficient, detailed, friendly, and we've even had residents comment on the cleanliness of our common areas. Randy worked very close with me, putting together a precise cleaning schedule around my business hours and our clientele. His staff was timely, attentive to details, and went above expectations.
